Deep tissue massage uses slow, sustained pressure to reach deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, helping to relieve chronic pain, stiffness, and tension. This therapeutic massage improves circulation, releases areas of tightness, and encourages healing while restoring mobility. It is especially effective for addressing concerns in the neck, shoulders, and back, and may be complemented by cupping therapy.
Our prenatal massage incorporates relaxing and therapeutic massage techniques designed to relieve the physical discomforts of pregnancy, such as back pain, leg cramps, and swollen ankles.
Infant and child massage uses gentle touch to support comfort and healthy development. This approach can help ease gas and colic, improve sleep, and encourage sensory awareness, while also promoting relaxation and overall well-being. Suitable from birth through childhood, this calming method, much like prenatal massage for mothers, helps build confidence, connection, and a strong foundation for healthy growth.
Cupping therapy is a therapeutic treatment that utilizes suction to enhance circulation, alleviate muscle tension, and support the body’s natural healing process. This method can aid in pain reduction, improve mobility, and promote relaxation, making it an excellent complement to therapeutic massage.
Pelvic health massage therapy uses targeted techniques, to release tension in muscles, fascia, and connective tissues around the pelvic area (hips, glutes, core, inner thighs). This approach helps alleviate pain, improve function, and support pelvic floor health. Additionally, pelvic health massage complements pelvic floor physiotherapy by addressing related muscle imbalances and restrictions. Treatment can effectively address symptoms such as incontinence, lower back pain, and postpartum recovery, promoting better tissue mobility, blood flow, and balance for women.
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-off) energy-based therapy that promotes deep relaxation and supports the body’s natural ability to heal. Reiki helps reduce stress, restore balance, and encourage a sense of calm and overall well-being for both the mind and body.
